We talked and talked about doing a deep fried turkey and this year we did. Although we were quite cautious. The night before, our good friends called up and said "quick turn on the evening news". The local news channel was covering the dangers of the propane deep fryers we were going to use the next day. Most impressive - was the fire - if care and caution weren't taken during the cooking process.

"Anyways"- the results are shown here and we enjoyed it.
