Julie wanted to go someplace expensive. So we took her for a ride to the gas
station in Skippack to fill up the tank (grin !). She was walking around w/ Mom
and we took some pictures of the new Wawa being built. When we came to Skippack
this corner had an old dilapidated barn on the corner. It was torn down and a
store and local district court was built on the site. That lasted a few years
and it was torn down and a medical center was built. It didn't work out and
retail stores moved in. They didn't make it and now Wawa took over the corner.
Across the street was a gas station that closed, re-opened as a sleazy deli. It
failed and the building was razed. Many years the lot was vacant. Now a new bank
is on that corner.
