We live in Collegeville, PA. The railroad followed the
Perkiomen Creek in this area for miles. Over the last few years the old
railway was converted to hiking and bicycling trails as part of a
rails-to-trails project. Well, it seems in the Lewisburg area they also
have a rails-to-trails program. But, it seems they don't take the rails
up - the locals build rail buggies and ride the rails!
